C3 Church is a place for life development. Our aim is to maximize people’s potential and help them live their best life.
Our vision is that the Church glows with the Glory of God, that men and women become disciples of Christ, and that they encounter the Presence of the Holy Spirit—they find LIFE!
This is an exciting time for C3 Church. We have a global view and perspective. We know who we are and where we’re going. Jesus said, "I will build my church." The one Kingdom that will endure and has endured is the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. Our true north is the salvation of lost people. That is our primary purpose. We will continue to plant churches all over the world so God can be found and lives transformed for eternity. By the year 2020, we will see 1000 C3 Churches in cities all over the world.
This is our movement of awesome churches—C3 Church
1.) There is one God: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit
2.) In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ the Son of God; we believe in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His victorious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, His constant intercession and in His imminent return
3.) In the person and work of the Holy Spirit with His fruits and gifts available in the Church; The bible is the living word of God – infallible, authoritative and everlasting, and the foundation of all Christian doctrine
4.) In the existence of an evil spiritual being – the devil
5.) In the spiritually lost condition of all people and the essential need for the ‘new birth’ by faith in Jesus Christ
6.) In the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a gift available to believers subsequent to the new birth, with normal evidence of speaking in other tongues
7.) In the sacraments of the Lord’s Supper and baptism by full immersion in water for all believers
8.) In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting separation from God
9.) In the church being the body of Christ, and each member being an active part of a local church, fulfilling the Great Commission
Connection runs through the DNA of our movement. Our leaders meet locally, nationally, and internationally for conferences, training, time-out and simply to just spend time together! With over 300 established churches around the globe, it is essential for a culture of connection and community to run through the veins of our movement. Below is a glimpse into how C3 Church Works:
Global Executive Team
The C3 Church Global Executive team directs and oversees the movement as a whole while also caring for specific regional needs.
Overseers
The Overseers are experienced senior pastors who look after other pastors and their churches
Senior Pastors
The Senior Pastor is the visionary and leader of the church. Each church is also managed by a local or executive board who make decisions for the church depending upon the vision of their senior pastor and in keeping with the vision and culture of C3 Church Global.

The 2020 Vision: 1000 Churches planted by the year 2020 with an Average Attendance of 500 members.
