By discipling leaders and supporting church planters and pastors, we see a future of 1 million worshippers across C3 churches around the world.
To help fulfil this, C3 Church Global is offering 3 training initiatives for our C3 Church Pastors and your team: The Academy, Xpress, and Launch.
TRAINING
The Academy
The Academy is a 2 year leadership development course, available for Senior Pastors to run, in their local church.

Xpress
Xpress elevates leaders into their next phase of ministry through a 5-day immersive experience. Xpress is a holistic program designed for church planters, pastors joining C3, new and transitioning Senior Pastors, or key team leaders who want to upskill & take their leadership to a new level.

Launch
We are a church planting movement. Spurred on by our response to the great commission to ‘go’, we will continue to plant churches year on year, city after city. Once you’ve decided you’re in, we’ll connect you with trained and experienced church planting coaches to mentor you through a 12-month program - from inception, to launch, and as you grow.
