Finance
Regional Budget – each Year the Regional Office is asked to complete the Regional Budget and send it to the Global Office. This done 2 times in the year.
At the end of each year the Regional Office will have their accounts either Audited/ reviewed by a third party (based on the the income of the region) this end of year financial report is then sent to the Global Office and also email out to all Senior Pastors in your region with a note about how your budget was spent for the year.
Regional Travel
In Jan of each year the Regional Office needs to send through to the Global Office the Predictive Travel of the Regional Director. This out lines when/ where and how the Regional Director will be spending their travel budget for the year, we just want to ensure we are traveling responsibly and giving equal attention across the region- don’t want to see monthly flights to Hawaii 🙂
